With over six years of experience managing properties across the Pacific Northwest and Southwest, she specializes in short-term vacation rentals and long-term properties. Kristin’s passion for hospitality shines in thoughtful touches that elevate guest experiences and make rentals stand out.
Before diving into property management, Kristin spent 10 years in corporate recruiting, mastering networking and relationship-building—skills that now shape her personal life and business. Passionate about supporting local businesses, she integrates local professionals and artisans into her hospitality and property management services whenever possible.
After witnessing the disappointingly low standards often found in the property management industry, Kristin was inspired to take her skills and passion to raise the bar. Known as a go-getter with a talent for communication and an eye for detail, she’s often described as the person who “thinks of everything.” Kristin is on a mission to deliver property management with excellence, ensuring every property reaches its full potential while providing unmatched care and service.
Meet Felicia: Felicia grew up in Montana, gaining valuable hands-on experience in business and real estate through her father’s flooring company and property developments. This early exposure to property management, sales, and design naturally inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
With four years of residential sales experience in Portland, Felicia specializes in listing condos and luxury homes, while also serving first-time homebuyers and real estate investors. Her passion for networking and relationship-building, both within and beyond the industry, led her to expand into property management, connecting clients and property owners to her extensive professional network.
Combining a strong background in graphic design and real estate marketing with a deep knowledge of the Portland market, Felicia is skilled at preparing properties to meet homeowners' specific goals. Her extensive network of contractors makes her the go-to resource for everything from cleaning and painting to large-scale renovations to full kitchen and bathroom remodels.
